SCOPE OF SERVICE
To supply and deliver products according to the details stipulated in the online Order Form/email order confirmation.
The Green Corner (TGC) will do our best to ensure that all information on our website is complete, current and accurate. However, due to circumstances not within our control, occasionally, the product, its specifications and actual quality may vary. TGC reserves its right to revise all prices, specifications and products on the Site at any time without notice.
Photos and images of products shown on this website are for illustration purposes only, the actual colour, size, and look may vary due to the different image resolutions on your monitor or mobile screen. The sizes, colours, weights, and descriptions are approximate only, TGC shall not be liable for such variations between the descriptions given and the actual product.
NON-FESTIVE DELIVERY CHARGES
Details of delivery shall be according to the client’s order confirmation.
Deliveries for each location shall be charged at $25 for orders below $150. Free Delivery for orders above $150 after discount.
We will attempt to contact you prior to delivery. If we cannot reach you or are denied access to the delivery location, our initial step is to leave the order at the entrance. If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from doing so, we will return the order to our nursery. In such cases, an additional fee of $25 will be charged for a new delivery.
Deliveries to certain restricted areas, but not limited to Sentosa, Jurong Islands, Restricted Camps, Airline Cargo Complex, PSA Ports, and Embassies, will incur a charge of $30.
Deliveries to Marina Bay Sands (MBS) will incur a charge of $50.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Daily deliveries are scheduled between 10 am to 7 pm, and within 3-5 working days upon payment of an order.
For deliveries including festive plants and products, the delivery date shall be according to the details stipulated in the confirmation/delivery order. For more details, please refer to the Festive Terms and Conditions.
UNDELIVERED ITEMS/ WRONG ITEMS DELIVERED
Kindly email thegreencorner@prince.com.sg and indicate your order reference number.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All retail prices are GST inclusive, and payment shall be made in full before the arrangement of delivery.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Products bought from The Green Corner e-commerce platform may be exchanged on a case-to-case basis. Our exchange policy is limited to cover for plants that are damaged, incorrect, or infested with diseases or pests on the day of delivery. Requests for exchange shall be notified by the customer only on the day of delivery.
The following items are not included in the exchange policy:
Perishable goods such as gardening supplies, products purchased with discount codes, or promotional items.
CANCELLATION TERMS
There is no refund for cancellation on any order which has been delivered.

TGC shall not be liable for any damages, injury, consequential damages, directly or indirectly caused by any failure of performance, error, defect, delay of operation or communication of the product and services
TGC reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the Terms & Conditions periodically.
Christmas Terms and Conditions
SCOPE OF SERVICE
To supply and deliver live Christmas trees according to the details stipulated in the online Order Form/email order confirmation.
The delivery personnel shall deliver the Christmas tree to the customer’s location and place the tree in the designated location according to the details stipulated in the online Order Form/ email confirmation. The personnel shall unwrap the tree and place it into the tree stand provided by The Green Corner.
A Christmas tree stand will be delivered together with the Christmas Tree and will be on loan. The Christmas Tree stand will be collected back on the day of dismantling.
The delivery personnel shall not pour water into the base of the tree stand. The customer shall be responsible for ensuring the tree stand has sufficient water to keep the tree hydrated.
To dismantle and remove the Christmas tree (Removal of the ornaments and lights on the tree is excluded). Customers are to remove all ornaments they wish to keep before the dismantle date. Any ornaments left on the tree will be collected back during dismantling. Should there be a delay in dismantling due to the removal of Christmas Tree ornaments and lights by the customer, The Green Corner will have to reschedule a new date to dismantle the Christmas Tree and will be charged accordingly.
The service encompasses complimentary delivery and setup as one activity, alongside dismantling and disposal as another. Each of these activities is inclusive of one trip. Should unforeseen circumstances beyond The Green Corner’s control, such as but not limited to absence or lack of response, an additional fee, as stated under “ADDITIONAL CHARGES,” will apply.

Details of delivery shall be according to the client’s order confirmation. Any customisation shall be communicated at the point of sales and indicated on the Order Form. Any damages to the Christmas Tree or decorations shall not be under The Green Corner’s liability after delivery. No exchange or refund shall be entertained after delivery.
DELIVERY AND DISMANTLE
The date of delivery and dismantling of the Christmas Tree shall be determined at the point of sales. As much as possible, TGC shall attempt our best to meet customers’ availability.
TGC shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery if the delay is due to the client’s withholding of site access/facilities/permits. TGC reserves the right to claim additional costs incurred as a result of the client’s delay in our delivery.
Order rescheduling shall be at our discretion.
Delivery will only begin from 15 November 2025 to 23 December 2025. Dismantling will only start from 26 December 2025 to 12 January 2026 (excluding New Years Day).
We offer the option for customers to select a preferred delivery or dismantle time slot for a fee. The available time slots are:
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Free)
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM ($25)
- 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM ($25)
- 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM ($25)
We will make every reasonable effort to fulfill delivery or dismantling within the selected time slot. In the event we fail to do so, a full refund of the time slot fee will be issued unless the delay was caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Lack of access to the premises at the scheduled time
- No response from the customer upon arrival
- Restrictions imposed by building management or security
- Severe weather or unforeseen traffic conditions
All Christmas orders include a dismantling and disposal service, unless otherwise stated. During dismantling, the entire tree, along with any ornaments or decorations left on it, will be brought back to our nursery, where all materials will be sorted and disposed of accordingly. Please note that our dismantling service does not include the removal of ornaments. Customers are responsible for removing any decorations they wish to keep before the scheduled dismantle date and time slot.
If you require our team to remove the ornaments on your behalf, additional charges will apply. Kindly email us in advance at thegreencorner.com.sg to request this service and receive a quotation.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All retail prices are GST inclusive.
Prices only include delivery and setup, dismantling and disposal of trees.
Payment shall be made in full before the arrangement of delivery.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Any additional items/quantities not specified in our confirmed order details shall be charged accordingly.
Christmas tree decorations and decoration service are not included with the purchase of a Christmas tree and will incur an additional charge according to the height of the Christmas Tree and the desired Christmas decoration coverage.
If the Christmas Tree stand is damaged or thrown away before dismantling, an additional fee will be incurred. The charges are as follows:
Trees ranging from 4ft to 7ft: $70
Trees ranging from 8ft to 10ft: $100
Trees ranging from 11ft to 12ft: $280
A charge of $30 shall apply for each postponement/ rescheduling of delivery or/and dismantling date if the request was made 1 week before the scheduled delivery date or/ and dismantling date.
We will attempt to contact you prior to delivery. If we cannot reach you or are denied access to the delivery location, our initial step is to leave the Christmas Tree at the entrance. If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from doing so, we will return the tree to our nursery. In such cases, an additional fee of $30 will be charged for a new delivery and/or dismantling.
STAIRCASE CHARGE
This surcharge will be applicable when lift access is denied and/or our delivery team has to manually carry the tree(s) to the destination.
A base charge of $30 will apply for all deliveries.
An additional charge of $10 per floor/per tree will be applied for deliveries above the 2nd story (up to a maximum of 5 stories).
RESTRICTED ZONE CHARGE
Deliveries and dismantling to certain restricted areas, but not limited to Jurong Islands, Restricted Camps, Airline Cargo Complex, PSA Ports, and Embassies, will incur a charge of $30 per trip.
Deliveries and dismantling to Marina Bay Sands (MBS) will incur a charge of $50 per trip.
All delivery charges for restricted zones will apply for 1 – 3 trees. For every subsequent tree beyond the first 3 trees, an additional charge of $10 will be applied.
CANCELLATION TERMS
A cancellation fee shall apply for all cancellations. For cancellations made within 2 weeks prior to the stipulated delivery dates mentioned in the Order Form, the fee is 90% for the order/orders cancelled. All other cancellations made after the confirmed Order Form date are subject to a fee of 10% of the order/orders cancelled.
For cancellation of rescheduled orders, the cancellation fee shall be calculated based on the initially selected delivery date, i.e. the date as confirmed in the Order Form, not the rescheduled date.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
TGC shall not be liable for any damages, injury, consequential damages, directly or indirectly caused by any failure of performance, error, defect, delay of operation or communication of the product and services.
OTHERS
The “free poinsettias” are valid only while stock lasts.

Chinese New Year Terms and Conditions
SCOPE OF SERVICE
To supply and deliver Chinese New Year plants and products according to the details stipulated in the invoice.
The Green Corner (TGC) will do our best to ensure that all information on our Site is complete, current and accurate. However, due to circumstances not within our control, occasionally, the product, its specifications and actual quality may vary. TGC reserves its rights to revise all prices and products on the Site at any time without notice.
Details of delivery shall be according to the client’s order confirmation. Any customisation shall be communicated at the point of sales and indicated on the Order Form. Any damages to the order shall not be under The Green Corner’s liability after delivery. No exchange or refund shall be entertained after delivery.
DELIVERY & DISMANTLE
The date of delivery of the Chinese New Year order shall be determined at the point of sales. As much as possible, TGC shall attempt our best to meet customers’ availability.
