TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

SCOPE OF SERVICE

To supply and deliver products according to the details stipulated in the online Order Form/email order confirmation.

The Green Corner (TGC) will do our best to ensure that all information on our website is complete, current and accurate. However, due to circumstances not within our control, occasionally, the product, its specifications and actual quality may vary. TGC reserves its rights to revise all prices, specifications and products on the Site at any time without notice.

Photos and images of products shown on this website are for illustration purposes only, the actual colour, size, and look may vary due to the different image resolutions on your monitor or mobile screen. The sizes, colours, weights, and descriptions are approximate only, TGC shall not be liable for such variations between the descriptions given and the actual product.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY CHARGES

Details of delivery shall be according to the client’s order confirmation.

Deliveries for each location shall be charged at $10 for orders below $150. Free Delivery for orders above $150 after discount.

Deliveries for each location during Chinese New Year pre-order period shall be charged at $30 for orders below $300. Free Delivery for orders above $300 after discount.

Additional delivery charges of S$15.00 (inclusive of GST) apply on top of the standard delivery fee to locations such as: Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa, Jurong Island, Restricted Camps, Airline Cargo Complex and Airline Road.

Dismantling and disposal of plants will incur an additional charge of $50 per location. Orders totalling from $400 to $1000 will incur an additional charge of $100 per location. Orders totalling above $2000 will incur an additional charge of $200 per location.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Daily deliveries are scheduled between 9 am to 7 pm, and within 3-5 working days (excluding festive orders and made-to-order products) upon payment of an order.

For deliveries including festive plants and products, the delivery date shall be according to the details stipulated in the confirmation/delivery order.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

Due to unforeseen conditions, if orders are not delivered on the stipulated date and time, kindly email thegreencorner@prince.com.sg, indicating your order reference number, or you may text or call us at 8838 3634

WRONG ITEMS DELIVERED

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All retail prices are GST inclusive and payment shall be made in full before the arrangement of delivery.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Products bought from The Green Corner e-commerce platform may be exchanged on a case-to-case basis. Our exchange policy is limited to cover for plants that are damaged, incorrect, or infested with diseases or pests on the day of delivery. Requests for exchange shall be notified by the customer on the day of delivery only.

The following items are not included in the exchange policy:
Perishable goods such as gardening supplies, products purchased with discount codes, or promotional items.

CANCELLATION TERMS

There is no refund for the cancellation of any order.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

TGC shall not be liable for any damages, injury, consequential damages, directly or indirectly caused by any failure of performance, error, defect, delay of operation or communication of the product and services
