Loyalty Programme

The Green Corner Loyalty Programme is offered to customers of The Green Corner. Participation in the Programme is subject to these terms and conditions, which may be updated from time to time at the sole discretion of The Green Corner.

The Programme operates separately for online and retail purchases. Points and benefits earned online cannot be transferred or used in retail stores, and vice versa.

The Green Corner reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Programme without prior notice.

To participate in the Online Loyalty Programme, customers must register an account with The Green Corner and ensure that they are signed in when making a purchase. Click here to register/sign in.

• Customers will earn 1 point for every $1 spent on the online store.
• Every 100 points earned can be redeemed for a $5 discount at checkout.
• The total points earned will be rounded to the nearest dollar of the amount spent.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Points earned cannot be exchanged for Cash and cannot be used with other coupons and sales items.
   
2. Points earned from the Online Account cannot be transferred to the Retail Outlet.
3. The Green Corner reserves the right to adjust point balances in cases of fraudulent activity or order cancellations.
4. Points earned will expire 365 days from the date of issue.

The Retail Loyalty Programme operates on a tiered system with the following benefits:

• Basic Tier: Register at a retail location to receive 5% cashback on purchases.
• Silver Tier: Customers who accumulate $500 in retail spending qualify for 8% cashback and a 10% birthday voucher.
• Gold Tier: Customers who accumulate $1000 in retail spending qualify for 10% cashback and a 15% birthday voucher.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Birthday vouchers will be issued annually and are valid for a limited time as specified at issuance.
2. Cashback rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Cashback earned in the retail Programme cannot be applied to online purchases.
4. Points earned from Retail Outlet cannot be transferred to the Online account.
5. The Green Corner reserves the right to adjust point balances in cases of fraudulent activity or order cancellations.
6. Tier levels will automatically be updated upon reaching the specific target.
7. Tier Silver and above will expire in 365 days from the date of the upgrade.

• Customers cannot combine benefits from both the online and retail loyalty Programmes.
• The Green Corner is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or expired points, cashback, or vouchers.
• In case of disputes regarding Programme participation or rewards, The Green Corner’s decision is final.
• Abuse of the Programme, including fraudulent transactions, may result in disqualification from the Programme and forfeiture of any earned rewards.
