Plant Care – Acer Palmatum Japanese Maple
Light: The Acer palmatum Japanese Maple thrives in indirect light. Place it near a window where it can receive filtered sunlight. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight, as it can scorch its foliage.
Water: Regular watering is important, especially during hot and dry periods, to keep the soil evenly moist. However, be careful not to overwater, as Japanese Maples are susceptible to root rot.
Soil: Pot your Japanese Maple in a well-draining potting mix that can retain moisture.
Fertiliser: Fertilise your plant with a general slow-release fertiliser. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions when fertilising your plant.
Humidity Requirement: Medium
