Plant Care – Chamaecyparis Lawsoniana
Light: Place your Chamaecyparis Lawsoniana at a sunny spot where it can receive full sun for 6 hours. The plant can also tolerate partial shade without compromising much of its growth.
Water: Water your plant and ensure that the soil is kept moist and not soggy. Allow the top 2 inches of the soil to dry up before watering. Watering your plant may frequently be required depending on the weather. Be careful not to overwater them as overwatering can cause waterbeds which will lead to root rot.
Soil: The Chamaecyparis Lawsoniana thrives in a well-draining potting mix with an acidic to neutral pH level between 5.5 to 7.5.
Fertiliser: The Chamaecyparis Lawsoniana thrives well even without any fertiliser as they do not require them. You may wish to feed it with a slow-releasing Fertiliser.
Humidity Requirement: Low
