Plant Care – Fragaria x ananassa ‘Ruby Ann’ Strawberry Plant
Light: Place your Fragaria x ananassa ‘Ruby Ann’ Strawberry Plant outdoors where it can receive full sun while maintaining some shelter.
Water: Water your plant thoroughly to ensure that moisture reaches the deepest part of the roots. As the plant is situated outdoors, water the plant frequently and thoroughly, ensuring the soil is moist but not soaked.
Soil: The plant requires loamy soil that drains water well to thrive. Loamy soil is friable. It consists of sand, clay and humus (organic matter that is partially or entirely decomposed). The composition of loamy soil allows it to stay moist for the plant while not remaining soaked for root rot to occur.
Fertiliser: We would recommend fertilising with an organic balanced fertiliser once every season. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions when fertilising.
Humidity Requirement: Medium
