Plant Care – Monstera Borsigiana Aurea
Light: Monstera Borsigiana Aurea thrives in bright, indirect light. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight as it can scorch the leaves. Place it near a window with filtered light or provide it with bright, indirect artificial light.
Water: Monsteras are tropical plants, which means they like to sit in moist soil, which means it likes to sit in moist soil. When it comes to watering, it needs to be watered as soon as the soil at the top of the pot is dry. You can check this by using a moisture meter or your finger. If the top 5 cm (2 inches) is dry, it’s time to water your plant. It’s best not to let the soil dry out too much because its leaves will start to droop.
Fertiliser: Fertilise your plant with a general slow-release fertiliser. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions when fertilising your plant.

The best-known representative of the genus is Monstera Deliciosa. Monstera Deliciosa is known as the Fruit Salad Plant, Mexican Breadfruit, Ceriman, Swiss Cheese plant, and Windoleaf, among others.
