Plant Care – Musa ‘Dwarf Cavendish’ Banana Tree
Light: Place your Musa ‘Dwarf Cavendish’ Banana Tree where it can receive bright sunlight. Your plant can tolerate a range of light settings. However, younger and newer leave may scorch under prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Water: Allow 2 to 3 inches of the top surface of the soil to dry up between watering the plant. Water the plant thoroughly and keep its soil moist. Water more frequently once the plant is fully established.
Soil: The Banana plant thrives in a well-draining potting mix that can retain some moisture.
Fertiliser: Fertilise your plant with a liquid Fertiliser every 2 to 3 weeks.
Humidity Requirement: Medium to High. Low levels of humidity will lead to its leaves turning brown or yellow.
