When your variegated plant does not receive enough sunlight, it will produce chlorophyll to have more surface area on its leaves to absorb sunlight, which results in lesser variegation

Yes you can! Propagating is simple. Sterilise your cutting tool and cut just below your plant’s node or aerial root. Place your propagated cutting into a jar of clean water and watch your roots slowly start to grow. Roots can take a couple of weeks to grow so do give them some time! Once the roots have grown, pot your plant into a pot with potting mix.
