Plant Care – Syngonium Pink Splash
Light: Place your Syngonium Pink Splash under bright and indirect sunlight, and do avoid direct sunlight because it will cause its leaves to scorch and dry up. Syngonium can tolerate low light conditions, however, it is not an ideal environment for them to grow in.
Water: Water your Syngonium thoroughly and make sure that the soil is evenly moist. Water your plant whenever the top inch of the soil is dry to the touch, and make sure to water till some water flows through the pot’s drainage holes. Underwatering will cause its leaves to dry up and turn brown.
Soil: Syngonium thrives in well-aerated soil that drains water quickly, and therefore should not be placed in soils that are too compacted and heavy, which cause prolonged periods of water retention. And this can lead to root problems, for instance, root rot.
Fertiliser: For best results, feed the plant every few weeks with a dilute solution of liquid fertiliser.
Humidity Requirement: Medium To High

How to care for your own Syngonium plant:
Light: Place your Syngonium under bright and indirect sunlight, and do avoid direct sunlight because it will cause its leaves to scorch and dry up. Syngonium can tolerate low light conditions. However, it is not an ideal environment for them to grow in.
Water: Water your Syngonium thoroughly and ensure that the soil is evenly moist. Water your plant whenever the top inch of the soil is dry to the touch, and make sure to water till some water flows through the pot’s drainage holes. Underwatering will cause its leaves to dry up and turn brown.
Soil: Syngonium thrives in well-aerated soil that drains water quickly and, therefore, should not be placed in soils that are too compacted and heavy, which causes prolonged periods of water retention. And this can lead to root problems, for instance, root rot. An ideal gritty soil mix would have a 2:1:1 ratio of Soil/ Peat moss, pumice and perlite.
Fertiliser: Fertilise using a slow-release fertiliser in granular form. We recommend using Nutricote’s 18-6-8 slow-release fertiliser for non-variegated Syngonium or Nutricote’s 13-11-11 slow-release fertiliser for variegated Syngonium. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions when fertilising.
Humidity Requirement: Medium To High. Give it an occasional mist in the early morning.

Arrowhead plants are some of the most popular indoor plants that you can purchase. They are available in a variety of sizes, shapes, and colours. The arrowhead plant is also known as Syngonium podophyllum, and it belongs to the family Araceae.
This plant is considered to be one of the easiest houseplants to grow because it is tolerant to many different conditions. The arrowhead plant is easy to care for and can tolerate low light conditions as well as indirect sunlight. This makes it perfect for those who live in apartments or homes with less-than-ideal lighting conditions.
The arrowhead plant has a long history of being used in traditional medicine worldwide. It was used by Native Americans in North America as well as by Chinese herbalists for its medicinal properties. In fact, this herb has been used for centuries to treat several ailments, including diarrhoea, constipation, fever reduction, pain relief from injuries such as burns or cuts and even cancer treatment!
The arrowhead plant has thin leaves that resemble little arrows, which give it its name. These curved leaves grow from rhizomes which are underground stems that spread out into new plants when they reach maturity over time, depending on how much care they receive from their owner.
The arrowhead plant is a beautiful, tropical plant that can bring life and colour to your home or garden.
It is also known as the Syngonium podophyllum or Syngonium sp., and is a member of the Araceae family. The arrowhead plant has many varieties with varying leaf shapes, colours, and sizes. It is loved for its colourful leaves and hardiness in most climates. In addition, it can be used as an indoor plant since it does not require much sunlight and can thrive in low-light conditions.
The arrowhead plant is known for its ability to withstand drought conditions and is often used for lining walkways or as an accent in containers. It grows best in moist soil but also tolerates dry soil conditions well if it is given plenty of water during its growing season (April through November).
Arrowheads have been used in gardens for centuries; they are native to China and Japan where they are considered sacred plants due to their association with longevity and prosperity.
