These terms apply in addition to our main Terms and Conditions, which govern every order placed with The Green Corner. Please read both.

This document covers only what is specific to live Christmas trees and the services that go with them. Payment, GST, liability, governing law and amendments are dealt with in the main Terms and Conditions. Where this document and the main Terms and Conditions differ on the same point, this document applies to your Christmas order.

Any customisation shall be communicated at the point of sale and indicated on the order form. Any damage to the Christmas tree or its decorations after delivery is not the liability of TGC. No exchange or refund shall be entertained after delivery.

It is natural for a live tree to show some browning of the needles. This is not a defect and is not grounds for exchange or refund.

The price of a 4ft to 12ft Noble Fir includes:

• The tree — a premium-grade Noble Fir, netted for transport.
• The tree stand — yours to keep. The stand is included in the price and is not collected at dismantling. There is nothing extra to buy and no deposit or damage charge for the stand.

Delivery and set-up, dismantling and removal, fire retardant treatment, decoration and time-slot selection are optional paid services and are not included in the tree price. They are added on the tree’s product page.

Delivery and set-up is an optional service charged by tree height:

Our delivery personnel will deliver the tree to your location and place it in the position you have designated. The team will remove the netting and seat the tree in its stand, and check that it stands straight.

Our team does not fill the tree stand with water. The customer is responsible for ensuring the stand has sufficient water at all times to keep the tree hydrated. Please water it as soon as the tree is set up.

Delivery and set-up is one activity, inclusive of one trip. Dismantling and disposal is a separate activity, also inclusive of one trip.

If you do not require delivery, you may collect your tree yourself at no charge from 3A Lor Ah Thia, Singapore 679278, between 15 November and 23 December 2026, in one of the following collection slots:

• 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Collection must be arranged in advance. Please bring a suitable vehicle; trees are supplied netted. Customers are responsible for loading, transport and set-up of self-collected trees.

Dismantling, removal and disposal is an optional service charged by tree height:

Our dismantling service does not include the removal of ornaments. Customers are responsible for removing any decorations they wish to keep before the scheduled dismantle date and time. Any ornaments or decorations left on the tree will be taken back to our nursery with the tree and disposed of accordingly.

If our team is delayed on site because ornaments and lights have not been removed, we may be required to reschedule the dismantling to a new date, which will be charged in accordance with clause 10.

If you would like our team to remove the ornaments on your behalf, our Ornament Take-down & Packing service is available on the product page, or you may email thegreencorner@prince.com.sg for a quotation.

If you do not purchase dismantling, the tree stand remains yours and disposal of the tree is your responsibility. Nothing we collect is sent to waste; it is stored and put back to use as part of our green initiative.

Your preferred delivery and dismantle dates are confirmed by our team after your order is placed. Dates are subject to availability and, as much as possible, TGC will attempt to meet customers’ availability. Order rescheduling shall be at our discretion.

TGC shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the customer withholding site access, facilities or permits. TGC reserves the right to claim additional costs incurred as a result of such delay.

Our standard window is 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and is free of charge. If you require a narrower window, the following slots may be purchased on the product page:

We will make every reasonable effort to fulfil delivery or dismantling within the selected slot. If we fail to do so, a full refund of the time-slot fee will be issued, unless the delay was caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Lack of access to the premises at the scheduled time
• No response from the customer upon arrival
• Restrictions imposed by building management or security
• Severe weather or unforeseen traffic conditions

Fire retardant treatment is an optional service and is usually mandatory in malls, hotels, offices and event venues. Please check with your building management before ordering.

Treatment reduces risk; it does not remove it. A treated tree remains a natural product and must be kept away from open flame, heat sources and faulty electrical fittings.

Christmas tree decorations and decoration services are not included with the purchase of a Christmas tree. They are charged according to the height of the tree and the desired coverage.

Coverage describes how much of the tree’s height is dressed. 50% gives a lightly styled tree; 75% gives a full showpiece.

• Ornament Supply — the ornaments themselves, supplied in your chosen theme. From $289.00 (4ft, 50%) to $989.00 (12ft, 75%). The ornaments are yours to keep.
• On-Site Decorating Service — our team dresses the tree at your premises. From $233.00 (4ft/5ft, 50%) to $1,480.00 (12ft, 75%).
• Ornament Take-down & Packing — our team removes and boxes your ornaments before dismantling. From $198.00 (4ft/5ft, 50%) to $1,260.00 (12ft, 75%).

Exact prices for each height and coverage are shown on the product page at the point of purchase.

Where a decorating service is booked, our decorator will normally arrive within 2 to 3 hours of your scheduled delivery time, subject to availability. If your order is delivered outside our standard working hours, decoration will be arranged on an alternative day.

Individual ornaments and poinsettias are sold separately. Where complimentary poinsettias are offered as part of a promotion, they are subject to availability and are supplied while stocks last.

Any additional items or quantities not specified in the confirmed order details will be charged accordingly.

Rescheduling. A charge of $30.00 applies for each postponement or rescheduling of a delivery or dismantling date where the request is made less than one week before the scheduled date.

Failed delivery or dismantling. We will attempt to contact you prior to each visit. If we cannot reach you or are denied access, our first step is to leave the tree at the entrance. Where that is not possible the tree will be returned to our nursery, and an additional fee of $30.00 will be charged for a new delivery or dismantling visit.

This surcharge applies when lift access is not available or is denied, and our team must carry the tree to the destination by hand.

The base charge applies to any staircase delivery. The additional-floor charge applies from above the 2nd storey, up to a maximum of the 5th storey. We are unable to carry trees by hand above the 5th storey.

Deliveries and dismantling to certain restricted areas — including but not limited to Jurong Island, restricted camps, the Airline Cargo Complex, PSA ports and embassies — incur a charge of $30.00 per trip.

Deliveries and dismantling to Marina Bay Sands (MBS) incur a charge of $50.00 per trip.

These charges are added on the tree’s product page. Restricted zone charges cover 1 to 3 trees. For every subsequent tree beyond the first three, an additional $10.00 applies.

Christmas tree delivery and dismantling are charged on the product page as described above, so no further shipping charge is applied at checkout for orders of $150.00 or more. Christmas orders below $150.00 — for example an order of ornaments or poinsettias only — are charged a standard delivery fee of $25.00 at checkout.

Delivery and set-up, dismantling, decoration, ornament take-down, fire retardant treatment, time slots, staircase access and restricted zone surcharges are services provided in connection with a live Christmas tree. They cannot be purchased on their own and will not be accepted at checkout without a tree in the same order.

As set out in the main Terms and Conditions, Christmas items cannot be combined in one order with our Chinese New Year range or our regular range. Please place a separate order for each.

These cancellation terms apply to Christmas orders in place of the cancellation clause in the main Terms and Conditions.

For cancellation of rescheduled orders, the cancellation fee is calculated based on the originally confirmed delivery date in the order form, not the rescheduled date.

Trees from 13ft to 20ft are supplied by enquiry only and are not sold through the website checkout. For these trees:

• The tree stand is provided on loan and will be collected at dismantling.
• Pricing, inclusions, delivery, dismantling and any charge for a damaged or unreturned stand are confirmed in a written quotation at the point of sale.

As set out in clause 11 of the main Terms and Conditions, where a written quotation has been issued and accepted, the terms of that quotation prevail over this document to the extent of any inconsistency.
