These terms apply in addition to our main Terms and Conditions, which govern every order placed with The Green Corner. Please read both.

This document covers only what is specific to Chinese New Year plants and products. Payment, GST, liability, governing law and amendments are dealt with in the main Terms and Conditions. Where this document and the main Terms and Conditions differ on the same point, this document applies to your Chinese New Year order.

Any customisation shall be communicated at the point of sale and indicated on the order form. Any damage to the order after delivery is not the liability of TGC. No exchange or refund shall be entertained after delivery.

All fruiting and flowering plants are seasonal and may not arrive in full bloom or full fruit. Product photographs are for reference only; the actual colour, type, size and arrangement may differ. TGC reserves the right to replace any item in an arrangement with another of equivalent or higher value, subject to availability. Styling props shown in photographs are not included.

The price indicated is for a single item unless the variant expressly states otherwise. To order a pair, please add two quantities to your cart or select the bundle variant where offered.

Deliveries are not scheduled on public holidays.

Lead time. Please allow a minimum of 3 working days from receipt of payment. Your preferred delivery date is selected in your shopping cart before checkout and is subject to availability.

As much as possible, TGC will attempt to meet customers’ availability. Order rescheduling shall be at our discretion.

TGC shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the customer withholding site access, facilities or permits. TGC reserves the right to claim additional costs incurred as a result of such delay.

Delivery is charged on the total order value and is calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery charges apply per delivery address. Orders requiring delivery to more than one address must be placed as separate orders.

Dismantling and removal is not sold through the website and is not included in any online order. Removal of plants and arrangements at the end of the festive period is the customer’s responsibility.

If you would like us to quote for dismantling and removal, please email thegreencorner@prince.com.sg with your order reference number before your delivery date. Any such service is arranged separately and charged by written quotation.

Our standard delivery window is 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM and is included free with every order.

If you require us to arrive within a narrower four-hour window, one of the following may be selected in your cart for a surcharge of $25.00. The surcharge covers the whole order, not each item:

• 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

The delivery date is chosen separately in your cart. The time window sets the time only.

We will make every reasonable effort to fulfil delivery within the selected window. If we fail to do so, a full refund of the time-window fee will be issued, unless the delay was caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Lack of access to the premises at the scheduled time
• No response from the customer upon arrival
• Restrictions imposed by building management or security
• Severe weather or unforeseen traffic conditions

Deliveries to restricted or access-controlled premises — including but not limited to Jurong Island, restricted camps, the Airline Cargo Complex, PSA ports, embassies and Marina Bay Sands — may require additional clearance, escorting or permits and are subject to an additional charge.

Where lift access is not available and our team must carry plants to the destination by hand, a staircase access charge applies. Large plants in pots of 70cm and above, and multi-storey walk-ups, are charged according to the number and size of plants and the number of storeys.

These charges are quoted separately and confirmed with you in writing before dispatch. Please advise us of restricted access, staircase-only access or large-plant handling requirements at the time of ordering by emailing thegreencorner@prince.com.sg with your order reference number.

Any additional items or quantities not specified in the confirmed order details will be charged accordingly.

Rescheduling. A charge of $30.00 applies for each postponement or rescheduling of a delivery date where the request is made less than one week before the scheduled date.

Failed delivery. We will attempt to contact you prior to delivery. If we cannot reach you or are denied access to the location, our first step is to leave the order at the entrance. Where that is not possible the order will be returned to our nursery, and an additional fee of $30.00 will be charged for a new delivery visit.

As set out in the main Terms and Conditions, Chinese New Year items cannot be combined in one order with our Christmas range or our regular range. Please place a separate order for each.

These cancellation terms apply to Chinese New Year orders in place of the cancellation clause in the main Terms and Conditions.

For cancellation of rescheduled orders, the cancellation fee is calculated based on the originally confirmed delivery date in the order form, not the rescheduled date.

Our larger Chinese New Year packages and corporate installations are arranged with a written quotation rather than through the website checkout.

As set out in clause 11 of the main Terms and Conditions, where a written quotation, contract or order form has been issued by TGC and accepted by the customer, the terms of that document prevail over this document to the extent of any inconsistency.
