    About this tree

A premium-grade Noble Fir, sustainably farmed in Oregon and flown in fresh for the season. Noble Fir is the one to pick if you want a tree that lasts: it holds its needles far better than spruce, and its branches are strong and well spaced, so ornaments hang cleanly instead of disappearing into the foliage.

Please note: it is natural for a live tree to have some browning on its needles. If that is not something you can accept, please reconsider before purchasing.

    What’s included in the $169

    • The tree — a 4ft premium-grade Noble Fir, netted for transport.
    • The tree stand — yours to keep. Base 41cm, 20cm tall, sized for a 12cm trunk. Included in the price, nothing extra to buy.

    Choose what else you need

Everything below is optional and priced separately, so you only pay for what you actually want. Tick what you need at the top of this page and the total updates as you go.

    • Delivery & set-up — $35. We bring it to you, cut the netting off, seat it in its stand and check it stands straight. Pick any date from 15 November to 23 December, between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Skip it and you can collect the tree yourself.
    • Dismantle & removal — $40. We come back, take it down, carry it out and dispose of it responsibly. Pick any date from 26 December to 9 January, excluding New Year’s Day. It saves you the least festive job of the year, and most condos will not take a dried fir in the normal rubbish chute.
    • Decoration — ornaments in one of four themes, hung by our team if you like, and boxed up for reuse afterwards. See below.
    • Fire retardant treatment — $50. See below.
    • A specific four-hour delivery slot — $25 per visit, if the standard 10–7 window does not work for you.

Decoration — four looks to choose from

Pick a theme and a coverage level, and decide how much of the work you want to hand over.

    • PRINCE × APSN — our collaboration with the Association for Persons with Special Needs. Wooden ornaments in warm reds, soft golds and natural timber.
    • Christmas Fairytale — ice blue, silver and gold. Frosted glass and quiet sparkle, sophisticated with a touch of whimsy.
    • Winter’s Bloom — winter and spring in one tree. Blush florals, coral and soft pink against the green.
    • One Christmas Morning — pared-back elegance. White, silver and clear glass, quiet and luminous.

Coverage is how much of the tree’s height is dressed. 50% gives a considered, lightly styled tree; 75% gives a full showpiece. The ornaments are yours to keep either way — if you add take-down and packing, we box them so next year is easy.

Fire retardant treatment — what it actually does

A cut tree dries out steadily once it is indoors, and dry needles catch light very easily. The treatment is a water-based mineral solution sprayed over the whole tree before it leaves us. It soaks into the needles so that if they ever meet a flame they char and smother instead of flaring up, which buys the critical seconds that matter. It dries clear, has no smell, and does not change how the tree looks or feels.

Worth adding if your tree will sit near candles, a fireplace, downlights or plug-in fairy lights, if it will be up for more than a few weeks, or if small children and pets will be around it. It is also usually mandatory in malls, hotels, offices and event venues — check with your building management before you order.

Treatment reduces risk; it does not remove it. Keep the tree away from heat sources and switch the lights off overnight either way.

    Looking after your tree

    • Water it. A 4ft fir can drink a surprising amount in the first week. Keep the stand’s reservoir topped up and never let it run dry — once the cut seals over, the tree stops drinking altogether.
    • Keep it cool. Away from direct sun, heaters and air-conditioning vents. Singapore’s humidity is actually kind to a fir; dry moving air is what ages it.
    • Let it settle. Branches are compressed in transit and relax over a day or two, so the tree will look fuller by the second day.
    • Expect some drop. A little needle fall is normal. A quick vacuum every few days keeps it tidy.

    Recommended for a 4ft tree

    • Star or topper: around 20cm across. Larger looks top-heavy at this height.
    • Gift boxes underneath: 5–8 boxes at 20–30cm fills the base nicely.
