Bio Flora Calcium Nitrate is a water-soluble fertiliser that provides an immediate source of nitrogen and calcium to plants. It promotes healthy growth, and stronger stems, and helps prevent calcium deficiencies, ensuring vibrant, thriving plants.

Why the fertiliser is useful for plants: Calcium Nitrate provides essential calcium to strengthen cell walls and improve the overall structure of the plant. The nitrogen content also encourages vigorous growth and lush foliage. It is particularly effective in preventing blossom end rot in fruiting plants like tomatoes.
How to use the fertiliser: Dissolve 1 tablespoon in 1 litre of water. Apply to the base of the plant, ensuring the soil is evenly moist. Use every two weeks during the growing season for best results.
Fun Fact: Did you know? Calcium Nitrate is one of the few fertilisers that directly provides calcium to plants, and it also helps improve the soil’s pH, reducing acidity over time!
