Staircase Access — Base Charge

Applies when there is no lift access, or our team has to carry the tree to the destination by hand.

$30 per visit. Delivery is one visit and collection is another, so the fee depends on how many you have booked — the tree page works this out for you.

For anything above the 2nd storey, Staircase Access — Additional Floors is added on top at $10 per floor per tree. Above the 5th storey, please contact us for a quote before ordering.
